"I ordered a three XL based on their size chart the diaper cover looks more like pantaloons than it does a diaper cover. It’s very loony does not hold the pads under it in a stable position. Hopefully this will help some other people. I’m 6 foot tall weigh 280 pounds so just be aware cause once you try it you buy it."

"I should’ve bought this a long time ago. This water proof cover helps my diaper to not sag or leak. Even when I toss and turn at night. I can really feel the protection over my diapers at the legs and my waist. I never had a leak on my bed since I’ve been using these. If my diaper does leak. Trifecta covers will catch the leak. - When you measure the waist, are you supposed to measure around your "belt line", or up by your belly button? For me, this is a substantial difference. I very throughout the year between a 39"-42" "belt line", but up around my belly button is significantly larger (sadly!)...... I wear the size LARGE Megamax and essentially every other adult diaper I've ever worn and they fit fine. I simply don't wear them as high up as I used to before winding up with a large belly. Wearing as I do works quite well.
- We recommend measuring right below the belly button to ensure the NorthShore Trifecta will fit properly. Also, the waist and thigh, as the thigh is the most important measurement to ensure no leakage will occur.
