Nothing Is Less Discreet Than a Leak

I am a male in my mid 40s, I have been using NorthShore for about 5 years. In 2019 I found out I have a rare hormonal disease called Cushing's Disease. As a result of getting brain surgery to address Cushing's Disease, I developed a different condition called Central Diabetes Insipidus. This is a condition that causes extreme thirst. Before I got medication, I was drinking 15-20 liters every day.

After having Cushing's, I already had developed incontinence. With the high volume of water I was drinking, it was a real challenge to find something adequate. Initially I was using typical brands from pharmacies and grocery stores, but they were not made for someone with diabetes insipidus. It seemed like every single brand and product had one and only one priority: discretion. My problem is that no matter how discreet a product is when you first put it on, as soon as it fails and you have a leak, it is no longer discreet.

So I was left with the option of going out for only very short trips, or not going out at all. This was a really depressing situation.

Fortunately I found my way to NorthShore which has the kind of products that actually work for me. Having something that can absorb a lot and not leak is far more discreet than an ultra thin product that leaks. Not to mention I don't need to change every hour. NorthShore is providing a much needed product that is simply not available at most pharmacies and grocery stores.
