"This is a good diaper for around home or for short trips out. It is quiet and comfortable on hot days. Holds a big accident but it can leek a little if much beyond that, so maybe something stronger for bed time or long periods away"

"Not crazy about the plastic section to fasten the tabs to. It makes my brother hot and sweaty. I wanted the same tab diaper as the 8 hr but not as thick. Instead I got the 6 hr tab diaper with plastic on the front. Not sure why plastic was put in the front anyway. The 8 hr doesn’t have it."

"These diapers are big. I’m 6’ 3”, 240 lbs, 38” waist, and thought they’d be comparable in size to the Large pull-ups but the pad and overall exterior size is almost twice that of the comparable size brief style. I am four weeks post prostate surgery and wouldn’t have even needed these just after the surgery, but I can see where their capacity might be needed for someone who is bedridden. Very easy return process for unopened items."

"These briefs fit me better and more securely than others I have tried. They are soft and comfortable. The tabs can be fastened multiple before they stop working. I use medical tape when that happens. The briefs are very waterproof and designed with a high capacity so they rarely leak. They are pretty discreet under my loose dresses and skirts."

- I bought L sample as I usually prefer larger sizes, but it's very loose down below. The tabs attach about two to three inches in front of the hip bone--maybe a little big. Would M be better fit?
