"I have been using go supreme for a while now but new circumstances has made those impractical to change and needed something even more absorbent. These handle multiple voids with no leakage and are comfortable to wear all day they are much cooler (and more discrete) than the plastic backed megamax."

"PROS: shipping to northern michigan was super fast. The diaper has a Soothing softness, great tapes, great fit with correct size,and no real crinkle, absorbant for a 9 hr diaper. , CON: for me dont like the wet indicator, and for me I dont like the front waistband it causes the wings to ride up and becomes a show and tell issue BUT I trim it off. Over all I am a fan and will continue using the diaper. For what ever reason medical or other great diaper."

"They are truly leakproof. That is great for when of necessity there ar long stretches before changes can occur. On the negative side, they really can only be applied while the person is laying down an can be rolled. A change over a toilet is impossible. Having anticipated that, the pull on is better. Another negative is that they do not breathe. At night, since my husband sleeps on his side, I have taken to cutting the Megamax in half and placing the half where it will catch the urine. Protecting his skin from prolonged exposure to urine is important to me."

- How does the MegaMax Airlock diaper compare to the GoSupreme Overnight underwear in terms of *performance* and *suitability* for *bowel incontinence* where *high-volume* stools with *high liquid content* are typical? I already see that the MegaMax Airlock is rated for 30 oz absorbent capacity (size small) and 9 hrs of protection, compared to 38 oz (all sizes) and 8 hrs for the GoSupreme Overnight. I am looking for information and details beyond those specs, as well as a product recommendation. If you would recommend a different product for bowel incontinence (other than the MegaMax 12-hr diaper), I'm all ears. Thank you.

Best to try out our medium and large liners first so you can see the sizes. If you are needing more protection, we would suggest our XL and 2XL Supreme liners as these have much taller leak guards. PLEASE NOTE: These are NOT for use in disposable undergarments. Only in regular underwear. Please let us know if you would be interested in some samples.

We currently have customers who work directly with their insurance companies to see if they qualify for reimbursement, so perhaps you could check with your insurance company. Many of our customers prefer to still purchase through us out of pocket because we have premium products that protect and promote skin health with much better absorbency than store brands. We are always willing work within your budget to find the best possible solution for you.
- It says that the tabs are "refastenable". About how many times can you un-do and refasten them before the adhesive wears out? Thinking in particular if they can be un-done to use the bathroom normally, then re-fastened.
