"I cannot recommend the Megamax enough for teenagers dealing with bladder difficulties. My14 -year-old son is 5’6” and 120 lbs with a skinny, muscular build, and the Extra Small fits him absolutely perfectly. We originally tried a Small, but sizing down to the XS made all the difference, which is huge since he has to wear these to school. Unlike all those store brands, which are basically just shit pull-ups that leak after a single pee, these are true hospital-grade diapers. They can easily handle full bladder pees both during the school day and overnight without a single leak. Because the XS fits his body so well, there is barely any crinkle noise and way less of a bulge, making them incredibly comfortable and surprisingly discreet under his clothes. It honestly reminds me of the ultra-reliable, high-quality briefs they use in the hospital. If you have a teen who needs something that actually does the job and gives them total peace of mind in class, stop wasting your money on garbage store brands and get these."

"Well I have been ordering off and on through Northshore, I get tired of them at times but the quality is much better than the knockoff bran from China. The new version is very nice and comfortable on the skin. The capacity seems a little better as for as absorption goes. The front panel extends a little more than the previous version. Give it a try you wont be disappointed."
From Megamax to Mega-letdown
"Not sure what has happened to the quality of this brand but this latest order has been terrible for both my partner and I. For me, the blue and pink mediums have this really off-putting chemical smell along with fitting extremely big for mediums. Now i sit right in the middle if the range at 198 pounds and a 38" waist. After about 4 hours in they are leaking. These have to be the American made ones as they have the name down the center versus the wings like they used to. For my other half, she has leaked on first wetting on each use of the xl size she has. This has resulted on her going to another brand of xl's as they have worked for her no issue. Not sure what is going on with Northshore but neither of us will be returning until quality improves. I used to love this brand but between the terrible oder of a fresh diaper and the fact they leak on either first weeting or within a couple hours...its just not worth spending this kind of money."
