"Well I have been ordering off and on through Northshore, I get tired of them at times but the quality is much better than the knockoff bran from China. The new version is very nice and comfortable on the skin. The capacity seems a little better as for as absorption goes. The front panel extends a little more than the previous version. Give it a try you wont be disappointed."

"Northshore makes great products I've used for years. This latest version of the megamax (V2. 1 USA made) really missed the mark. It's way too loose around the legs no matter how you fit it, and the tapes aren't as strong as the previous model. These are expensive, and they were awesome before, but I can't make these work if I try."

"Don't get me wrong, the fit and function is amazing. Getting American made is awesome as well. The problem is the outer shell of the USA briefs are so loud. I used to be able to wear the Chinese version and not get heard. The crinkle level on the USA version is really bad. I'm around people all day in a fairly quiet setting and these just won't cut it anymore. I didnt have the option on my last order to get the OG cheese version and now I'm stuck with these. Maybe if tge office brings in a woodchipper it may mask the diaper noise."

"Deeply disappointed with the new USA-made Megamax. As a loyal customer for years, I have always paid the premium price because of the unmatched fit and superior protection. However, the new USA version is a noticeable step down—the materials are thinner, the fit is poor (leaks), and the overall quality is significantly worse, despite costing the same. Please bring back the original Chinese-manufactured Megamax. Very frustrated, Did you not think the cheaper materials, poor fit and overall reduced quality would not be noticed?? what prompted this change?? Why can't the USA just make a better product without going cheap to see if anyone notices. Premium products & price demand premium quality."

"As someone who sleeps on my stomach, finding a diaper that prevents front leaks has been a constant struggle. Having a bit of a gut always made getting a secure seal around the waist difficult, and almost every other product I’ve tried ended up leaking out the front overnight. NorthShore MegaMax is the first one that fits my body style properly. The inner leg cuffs are significantly taller than standard options, keeping everything contained and providing total peace of mind regardless of sleeping position. The adhesive and landing zone are extremely strong. They allow you to pull the top tabs snug to get a secure, custom fit around the waist without tearing or slipping loose. Because the tabs allow for such a tight waist fit, it completely eliminates the gap at the top—stopping waistband leaks entirely for stomach sleepers. If you have trouble with front leaks or struggle to get a snug fit around the midsection, the MegaMax is well worth it. Excellent capacity, incredible fit, and top-tier leak protection. If your at all like me I find it helpful to out the diaper on then adjust the tabs after I get into bed, that is what has worked best for me."
Planning on trying
"This looks really intriguing for a driver with passengers. I would love to try and plan to get the sample pack. I have bowel issues and can get caught out there. In fact, I was on an international flight and couldn't get to the bathroom in time. I do worry about the 4 tape design as I have used diapers before. The 4 tape design does dig into my skin a bit on some products. I would be interested in a single tape per side design with a wider tape to prevent the dig. I had markings on my upper thigh from the extra tape digging into me. Maybe this won't happen, we'll see."
