- Hi, would you suggest this product for a preteen male with bowel incontinence? I'm wondering if turning it around backwards so that the wider part is seated near his rear-end would work or not...and are these adhesive?

- Are the x-large male guards suitable for overnight protection?
- Our DoubleStop Male Guards are targeted for leakage. If you need overnight protection we would recommend our NorthShore Gosupreme Lite Pull Ups or Dynadry Supreme Liners.

- Can you wear these with boxer shorts? My husband only wears boxers.
- It is best to wear them inside boxer briefs or any form fitting underwear. He needs something that will hold the product in place up against his body to help maximize the product effectiveness.
- Will this guard work as a booster to a tabbed brief?
- This will not work as a booster pad due to the waterproof backing built in the pad. It is recommended to use a booster pad with the flow thru feature for a disposable undergarment.
