It's not like trucker hats that have the wider top, but rather the newer type with more of a complimentary shape that will fit your head nicely. I bought one of these because I love NorthShore and their mission. Never have I felt this seen by a company. For anyone wondering, only one person has asked me about this hat & the company - I responded by saying that NorthShore is a company based on health, lifestyle, and quality of life. That was the end of it."
