"While the original Go Supreme is a superior pull-up, the Max is even better. The leak guards are significantly taller, and the increased padding is like having an additional built-in booster pad. Great for extra security during the day and can basically function like a tabbed diaper at night but with more discretion. The top layer stays remarkably dry. Due to the enhanced absorbency, and dry to the skin, it does not require changing after first or even second wetting."

"I love these pullups! They are perfect for chilling around at home, road trips with less frequent stops, and really anything long term. The padding doesn't clump much, the cut is comfortable, and the easy tear away sides make changing quick and discreet. Definitely a winner!"
Very absorbent!
"These are probably the most usable and most absorbent pull-ups I've ever used. I general I prefer diapers because of the extra absorbency but I can definitely wear these with minimal issue. My only challenge is that in my opinion the leg guards are not long enough to function properly with a partially full pull-up. The pull-up expands very quickly to compensate for the absorption but it generally grows taller than the leg guards in my experience. But I'm not sure how tall it is feasible to make the leg guards. Again, the best pull-up I've ever worn."

"Pretty impressive product, especially for a pull on style, they are soft and comfortable with great leak guards and the blue color sure beats plain white any day! The only thing I would change is the absorbent pad needs to be higher in the front, I'm not saying all the way to the top but a couple inches more padding would provide much more security for guys. Overall the GoSupreme Max is leaps and bounds better than any other pull up available and definitely worth a try!"

"I really wanted to like these however the waist is extremely high but the padding is too low in the front and rear for overnight. The leak guards are taller but the leg openings seem wider and that causes leaks. I thought these may work for heavier days but they don't fit right the padding hangs low, the waistband is very high so they aren't discrete either. Wished they worked better the concept of a go supreme for heavy days and overnights is a great idea unfortunately this product doesn't fit the same as regular go supreme"
Excellent comfort, and can work the whole night
"Very pleased with these. They work well when sleeping on my back. Can have some leaking issues for side sleeping but that's pretty expected from most products without an outer cover like plastic pants, so met and surpassed expectation. The higher leak guards do a lot of work when it's more wet."
