"Use it, personally, to avoid any changes at work for shorter days, and it works for that completely. However, commute by bike and that is where it comes up short. It tends to not survive the return trip when used and gets messy when dealing with it at home. Not a very large deal for me personally, due to showering after work, but for others it could be a problem."

"I never tried your product before. The thing I needed was heavy duty for overnight. I had always been in a medium in various of these products. But yours did not help with mine because the media was too tight on me I couldn’t even pull it up and I’m a medium and others. So you were nice enough to send me a sample of a large. And it worked. It isn’t too tight and I could pull it up and I was happy because it was working perfectly. I got some more because I will need them at night. Thank you. I think I can get them covered by my rare illness situation I will try."

Q&A
- Will these help stop leaking around the leg openings while sleeping on my side?
- The booster pads will help add more absorbency to the diaper. If the the diaper is too large around the leg area you may need a smaller fit.
- Why are the booster different? I have 4 different kinds in the mediums-the original version which was the thin smooth version with the small font backstrip, one with light blue backstrip, one with white backstrip and the latest version with black symbol on backstrip. All are puffy,not discrete,scratchy inferior to original what’s going on- I just reordered what kind will come next?
- The machine that made our old boosters broke down and is no longer available. We've had some temporary replacements while we work on new final design. They will be much softer in the future. We are just waiting for the new softer material to arrive at the new factory. Very sorry for the disruption. It was an unexpected change for us.
- Can the EternaDry Diaper Doubler be used folded lengthwise? I need something narrow but long.
- Our NorthShore booster pads are designed to fit comfortably inside the leak guards of the disposable undergarments to work properly. If you fold them too thin it may not work properly. However, if you are using the contoured booster pads (XL and 2XL) with the wings, you may fold the wings so it fits inside the leak guards.
- When will the size M pads be available?
- Unfortunately, we have currently run out of stock in our NorthShore EternaDry Booster pads, size medium. We anticipate to have more in by mid November, but that date is not guaranteed. In the interest of being sure you don't run out, we do still have sizes small or large? Similar product, just different absorbency and size. NorthShore EternaDry Booster Pads, size small. Holds 15oz - Dimensions 4"x11.5" NorthShore EternaDry Booster Pads, size large. Holds 21oz - Dimensions 6"x16" We also have an alternative item, for the time being, until we receive the Booster pads, size medium back in stock. It is similar absorbency and size, just is not a NorthShore item. Nateen Booster Pads, size medium, Soft - Dimensions 5"x14.5"
- Has there been a change in the thickness of the medium booster pad? In the past we have received booster pads with a blue and white adhesive strip covering. Now it seems the pad has a white adhesive strip cover and is not as thick as before.
- Thank you for reaching out with your concerns. The weather and packaging may have an impact, but that the absorbency should be the same as we use the same amount of polymers.
