HealthDri Ladies Panties is rated 3.7 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from huge disappointment Twice this underwear has let me down. I have fibromyalgia and interstitial cystitis, so that my biggest problems are at night time, as I sleep. When I get up to use the bathroom, oftentimes it's hard to control it. I also wear an adult diaper inside this underwear and still, fluid has managed to leak out TWICE, causing me to have to strip the bed, mattress pad and wash everything. High priced, and a total letdown.

How many pairs come in a package?

There is one pair per package

Do you think this product would be good to wear under a bathingsuit just for protection while walking around on the beach and then wearing it into the ocean? How do you think the absorbency would be once the entire panty is underwater while swimming.

Asked by: Sandy
Unfortunately this undergarment is not watertight, so as soon as you enter the water the absorbent area would become saturated by the ocean water and would not contain voids.  The only waterproof area is the pad that is sewn into the underwear, the rest of the undergarment is like a normal pair of underwear.

Does the waterproof panel go from front waist to back waist or just the crotch area like a pad?
