- my father leaks out the side thru the leg holes on his current adult underwear. He is 5' 10" and about 200 lbs with a 38 inch waist. What size would you recommend and will these address his skinny legs?
- The recommended size for your father would be the size Medium. This size will fit between 34"-48" in the waist. For skinny legs, the NorthShore GoSupreme is recommended as its European size allows a more snug fit around the legs. He would also use a size Medium in the GoSupreme. - My friend weighs 319 lbs and her underpanties are a size 15 what size should I get of the Tranquility overnights for her. �I can ��t get her to let me measure her but I want to make sure I get her the right size to fit her and she really needs something.

- We would recommend to get a hip measurement as well. Typically with both the waist and hip measurements we would choose the larger number of the two and that will help us determine what size would be most appropriate. I would recommend the size X-Large since that falls in between the 48"-66.
