NorthShore Supreme Briefs is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 491.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from dependable I have been impressed. Comparable to Abena Abri form max in terms of amount of liquid held and comfort. In fact I have grown to like these slightly more. I have a large bladder and have yet to experience a leak. I tend to wear my diapers tight and snug to prevent leaks so sometimes the diaper will tear on my bum especially if I am active at all while wearing, but I have not had that problem with these diapers. These are thirsty diapers that are as comfortable as diapers can be. Best for a night time diaper as they are really bulky and less than discrete. No designs at all, just a wetness indicator strip. Right now it is my favorite bedtime diaper.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very absorbent This product compares to abena m4. It is very absorbent and fits well. The only issue I have with it is it is hard and very dense to walk around in. Abena m4 is not like that but from what I hear they are discontinuing the plastic backed version of them. There are few plastic backed diapers left and these are very good, if they made them a little more fluffy (which does mean thicker) it would take away from the hardness of them and make more comfortable to move about in. I never buy cloth backed because it is very uncomfortable for some of us. They are a must try and let's hope they improve them and never cross over to the cloth backed uncomfortable briefs

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best brief at an affordable price I have renal & Kidney disease and have worn Molicare, Abena and Tranquilty. I tried NorthShore Supreme recently and I will not go back to the other brands. NorthShore supreme are comfortable, absorbent and can last me overnight. I have used them during the day but prefer them as my overnight protection. They do hold up after 8 hours of active wear, in my opinion – they do make a crinkly noise but to a minimum. They are very comfortable to wear especially knowing there is no chance for leakage when there on me which make me more confident when wearing them. I will purchase these diapers again, Over all, an outstanding product, way to go North Shore.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Everything I was looking for, but with one issue..... The package of North Shore Supreme Briefs had everything I was looking for in an adult diaper. Discreet white color, Plastic Backing, Leak Guards, Elastic Leg Cuffs, No Elastic Waist bands, 4 Great Refastenable Tape Tabs without a thick and loud tape landing zone, and Excellent Absorbency without being to thick. The only thing that will keep me from purchasing these again in the future is how stiff the absorbent padding is, even after following their instructions to help soften the diapers. This review is written on 3/27/2015. Hopefully they can correct this issue in the near future and I would definitely be willing to try them again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice Fit The cut of this diaper fits my body style perfectly. I have a 32 inch waist, 5'8" and 175 pounds. They are VERY stiff, as most people have stated. But, that being said, they do not feel like they are going to fall off and do not stretch out!!! Absorbency is about as good as Abena M4; however, being male, one has to be sure to be "positioned correctly" because I have had them leak from the side. The tapes as with most plastic back diapers are not really re-adjustable. All in all, a great adult diaper and I will always keep them in stock, but my go-to, trust-all-the-time diaper is still Abena M4.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A wondful and comfortable brief I am urinary incontinent and have worn Dry 24/7, Molicare, Abena and many others. I tried NorthShore Supreme and I will not go back to the other brands. NorthShore supreme are comfortable, absorbent and can last me at least 8 hours. They have a plastic backing however, they are not super loud, I am able to wear basketball type shorts over them and not worry about that excessive, loud crinkle noise. Tapes hold very well, I have almost used a case and no tape issues such as slippage or breaking. I recommend NorthShore Supreme for anybody who is looking for a good quality, dependable brief.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Quality at an Awesome Price! I purchased these diapers because of a sample pack which was packaged with a case of Abena M4s. The fit was better for me than Abena (somewhat smaller size) and the tapes were of far better quality. I could not use the tapes on the Abena's a second time since the white tab was misaligned with the blue and would tear the plastic backing on separation. The absorbtion and wicking are also top notch and better than Abena. Anyways, I would highly recommend these, especially if Abena M4s a bit big for you. I will not be going back to Abena as long as these are available.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Absorbant I ordered these after reading several outstanding reviews and they live up to their reputation. They are more absorbent than several competing European brands in my opinion. The plastic does not stretch after extended wear, the entire diaper fills up when wet and does not clump and fall apart, tapes hold perfectly. Only downside is they are very thick bulky on me. I tried wearing one during the day and had to take it off early, too thick between the legs for me I felt like I was waddling everywhere. I put one on in the evening a few hours before bed and wake up with dry bedding. For nighttime / bed use these are amazing.

My dad picks and shreds his diapers. Which is better - the Supreme or the AirSupreme - to withstand this behavior?

Asked by: ceci
I would recommend you put him in a waterproof diaper cover over his disposable. Then you can try both of those diapers and see which one you like better. They sell them at North Shore and they are good at leak protection. Also, an adult onesie style garment would keep him from getting inside or picking his diaper. I have several I wear over my diapers and they help to keep them in place when they begin to sag after multiple wettings.

I heard the north shore breifs may be redesigned to have 3 tabs on each side, is this true?

Asked by: briane
We are evaluating a variety of options regarding the tapes as there are some new advances in tape technology that are worth consideration. While adding a third tape is something we have looked at, it is not currently in our plans.

What is the difference between the NorthShore Supreme briefs and the NorthShore AirSupreme briefs?

Asked by: Paul
The NorthShore Supreme briefs and the NorthShore AirSupreme Briefs both offer excellent performance, fit and comfort. The AirSupreme briefs have a cloth-like exterior as well as breathable side panels to promote skin health and combo tape tabs (adhesive + hooks) for unlimited refastening. The Supreme briefs have a quiet plastic backing. Both briefs have tall stand up Leak Guards and 4 strand leg gathers.
