Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works perfectly, when worn backwards! Wellness Underwear has been my go-to underwear for night and day use. Nothing else comes close for being thin (relatively), light, super absorbent and non-leaking. For some body shape reason, I have to wear most disposable underwear backwards. As a male, this way the absorbent material comes up higher in the front where I need it , and there is less in back where I don't need it. Worn this way, the underwear is flawless. Worn the normal way, it leaks easily and not hold much but worn back-to-front it is excellent, rarely leaks and holds a ton so I don't have to worry overnight or if I can't change for a while. I keep trying samples of other underwear, and keep realizing that nothing beats these.

How well will this product work for a female, 5'9", 250 lbs, with explosive watery diarrhea (ibs-d) issues?

For issues like this you may want to consider a more snug fitting fitted brief style undergarment, with adjustable tape tabs to ensure the most secure fit. When dealing with fecal incontinence, the most important factor is fit, the snugger the better.
