More secure than traditional women's underwear, these mesh pants hold pads securely in place. Leg design keeps the pad from shifting or sliding out as it would in underwear with a higher cut leg opening. Mesh pants hug the body more than most disposable pull-on underwear. Pads and Liners sold separately.

NorthShore Washable Mesh Pants, 2X-Large, Pack/4 is rated 3.8 out of 5 by 23.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not for my mom I ordered a medium my mom wears size 7. I should have ordered large. My error. About this product. I thought it would hold the pad in place securely and it did. However the low-cut did not work for my mom. She felt the back side was too low and the thigh area too tight. perhaps a large would have made all the difference in the world. I had thought this was a great option rather than pull-ups since I do not 'think' she is ready for those 'yet'. I would purchase these for myself and wear my own panties over them as I see comfort and security with these. but not for mom. I tried!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Most comfortable, wonderful experience! I had surgery on Monday and was given a pair of your underpants. They were amazing, comfortable to the point where I didn't feel anything, yet felt completely secure and happy. So much so that I am on line looking for them to order for my home and away use. Thank you for your thoughtful product. I have washed them in the washing machine and they wash beautifully. A win/win situation! Good job!!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from pads won't stick I love the pants but the pads still do not stick. Sure wish someone would come up with a pad that stays in place.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I was impressed I didn't have much hope that they would fit me because of my large waist and belly but the 3x fit fine. I would be happier if they had more leg, like boxer briefs and wider fabric between the legs. The pad I was wearing did slip through, strangely when I was sitting. But that's a minor issue solved with a little tape. Today for the firs time I felt safe, that if I had an accident it would be controlled.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mesh Pants I bought a pack of these mesh pants for incontenience issues from surgery. They work great with absorbant pads.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from mesh pants I bought these mesh pants to protect my skin from pads. I put them on first and then put on underwear with a pad. The mesh pants come down below my underwear and protect my skin. They wash great in the washer as long as you do not have any velcro items in the wash with them.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Did not hold pad in place. I thought that these pants would be tighter fitting with less give. Rather, they are a very loose mesh weave, allowing any pad inserted to shift out of place quite easily.

Would these work over regular disposable briefs to help better support the brief?

Asked by: Jonathan
Yes you can get some additional support from using these over pull-up and briefs (diapers, with tabs) but it will not fix a problem if it is a really bad fit. It is not waterproof, because it is mesh. So if the disposable briefs almost fit and you just get a little leakage around leg openings for example, I have had success with doing what you suggest. But if the best fit is way off or you are getting a lot of leakage I would recommend a water proof pant with elastic leg and waist openings like the Sani-Pant, either pull-up or snap on. North Shore also sells the Sani-Pant, and I find them very comfortable and very effective.

what size does this fit? looking to fit 300-350lb

Asked by: jackie03
Our sizes start at Medium, which fits a waist between 22-34 inches, and our largest size is a 3X, which will fit a waist between 59-84 inches. Obtaining a waist measurement would be the most accurate way to determine if this size would be appropriate for your needs.
