Tranquility ATN (All Thru the Night) Briefs is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Best for occasional, heavy wetters As someone who drinks water constantly, the speed at which I always end up burning through these things made them difficult to keep using at their price. They feel fairly plasticy and synthetic, which I personally don't prefer to cloth-likes. One last annoyance is how nearly impossible the tapes are to re-position; so I don't recommend them for nearly before bedtime, or any other occasion that you'd be switching from standing, sitting or laying down; as I usually want to re-position my brief upon doing so. Regardless of all that, their absorbency for being as not-so-thick as they are, as well as their price, is extremely impressive. Myself, I prefer the very cheap storebought types, as going through 7 - 10 of them during the day feels alright at their price, and go for a heavy brand with a few boosters during the night, so ATN's doesn't fit much into my patterns. But for those who don't have the luxury of always being able to change when they need to, their greater capacity may be just right. Being sometimes on a long bus ride or social interaction myself, I always find myself taking one or two of these with me at least once a week--which is why I've found myself still buying them for the last 4 years. Moreover, if you're the type who has infrequent but very large wetting episodes, then this is definitely your best choice. They're also the biggest absorption you're going to get with a brief this thin; so I highly recommend at least trying them to anyone with social or emotional issues of visibility. I'll continue, however, with one element that might be a problem for some. Because of their excessive absorbability, by the end of their capacity, they lose all but the faintest structural firmness. In other words, when you've wet them a lot, they get really 'squishy'. This may be disturbing to a lot of people, especially anyone not used to incontinence. In summary, I best recommend them to those with a schedule that doesn't allow for a lot of changes, and for those who don't mind the unnatural feeling of wearing and using an incontinence brief, and who would rathest keep it to themselves without letting others notice.
