Rated 3 out of 5 by from Better than budget diapers I received these as a sample, having tried another tranquility product in the past. Wore it over the span of a few hours with a decent bit of wetting and it help up like a champ. The thinness makes me think it'd be rather easy to conceal under clothing, but I did not care for the squishiness feeling when wet. As the diaper grew closer to max capacity I could feel and see the stuffing separate. Would not recommend to heavy wetters.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unhappy with this product. I ordered this product a few weeks ago and am unhappy with these so far. I need to wear diapers for heavy urinary incontinence and moderate bowel incontinence and am an active young adult. I have tried this product in both medium and large and I have found that I am in between sizes. The medium seems to run a little small but the large is way too big for my body type. This product does have a good absorbency but I have experienced leaks due to the poor fit. I am also unhappy with these diapers because of the quality of the tapes. It is advertised that these have refastenable tapes, however I have found this not to be true. If I try to refasten the tapes it will rip the plastic and render the diaper unusable which is just a waste of money. These diapers are priced right but due to their deficiencies I will probably not buy again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Best for occasional, heavy wetters As someone who drinks water constantly, the speed at which I always end up burning through these things made them difficult to keep using at their price. They feel fairly plasticy and synthetic, which I personally don't prefer to cloth-likes. One last annoyance is how nearly impossible the tapes are to re-position; so I don't recommend them for nearly before bedtime, or any other occasion that you'd be switching from standing, sitting or laying down; as I usually want to re-position my brief upon doing so. Regardless of all that, their absorbency for being as not-so-thick as they are, as well as their price, is extremely impressive. Myself, I prefer the very cheap storebought types, as going through 7 - 10 of them during the day feels alright at their price, and go for a heavy brand with a few boosters during the night, so ATN's doesn't fit much into my patterns. But for those who don't have the luxury of always being able to change when they need to, their greater capacity may be just right. Being sometimes on a long bus ride or social interaction myself, I always find myself taking one or two of these with me at least once a week--which is why I've found myself still buying them for the last 4 years. Moreover, if you're the type who has infrequent but very large wetting episodes, then this is definitely your best choice. They're also the biggest absorption you're going to get with a brief this thin; so I highly recommend at least trying them to anyone with social or emotional issues of visibility. I'll continue, however, with one element that might be a problem for some. Because of their excessive absorbability, by the end of their capacity, they lose all but the faintest structural firmness. In other words, when you've wet them a lot, they get really 'squishy'. This may be disturbing to a lot of people, especially anyone not used to incontinence. In summary, I best recommend them to those with a schedule that doesn't allow for a lot of changes, and for those who don't mind the unnatural feeling of wearing and using an incontinence brief, and who would rathest keep it to themselves without letting others notice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very comfortable! Definitely the most comfortable diaper I have ever worn. The ATN manages to hold a lot of liquid while not being so bulky. I wear this day and night and have never leaked. I highly recommend these diapers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from best daytime product available Ive been using this product for years and have to say this. This product helps keep me dry even if the brief is soaked. I never have problems with leakage during the day but because i have severely heavy incontinence i use the northshore supreme briefs at night. Also it saves on imbarasment due to no order. I have bowel problems too and that's different, but as far as urine there is no oder. This product is also a great money saver. Fewer changes mean fewer briefs and that means less money. Thank you for offering this excellent day time product. As always a buyer for life.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from They don't really do the job for me. This is all new to me (and not in my plans, by the way) so I've been trying various products in the hope I'd find a solution, especially for night-time issues. Despite the claims of overnight protection, it doesn't come close to that. I have had several discussions with the customer service team, who are fantastic, by the way - however this product isn't for me. I'll keep looking and trying until I do find a winner.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from perfect for daughter We have a seventeen year old daughter, who suffers from complete loss of bladder control, she is small farmed and was using the goodnights pullups , after a few leeks we came to the conclusion that she needed a more absorbent diaper, at first she was a little stressed about wearing a full diaper like product, especially at school, had to make a few wardrobe changes, ( no more skinning geans ) but she is more protected. She went to her prom and the tranquility atn lasted all evening. She was comfortable and secure, we add tranquility top liners for over night protection, thanks Northshore care supply
