Rated 5 out of 5 by from best daytime product available Ive been using this product for years and have to say this. This product helps keep me dry even if the brief is soaked. I never have problems with leakage during the day but because i have severely heavy incontinence i use the northshore supreme briefs at night. Also it saves on imbarasment due to no order. I have bowel problems too and that's different, but as far as urine there is no oder. This product is also a great money saver. Fewer changes mean fewer briefs and that means less money. Thank you for offering this excellent day time product. As always a buyer for life.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from perfect for daughter We have a seventeen year old daughter, who suffers from complete loss of bladder control, she is small farmed and was using the goodnights pullups , after a few leeks we came to the conclusion that she needed a more absorbent diaper, at first she was a little stressed about wearing a full diaper like product, especially at school, had to make a few wardrobe changes, ( no more skinning geans ) but she is more protected. She went to her prom and the tranquility atn lasted all evening. She was comfortable and secure, we add tranquility top liners for over night protection, thanks Northshore care supply

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Better than budget diapers I received these as a sample, having tried another tranquility product in the past. Wore it over the span of a few hours with a decent bit of wetting and it help up like a champ. The thinness makes me think it'd be rather easy to conceal under clothing, but I did not care for the squishiness feeling when wet. As the diaper grew closer to max capacity I could feel and see the stuffing separate. Would not recommend to heavy wetters.

This is all new to me (and not in my plans, by the way) so I've been trying various products in the hope I'd find a solution, especially for night-time issues. Despite the claims of overnight protection, it doesn't come close to that. I have had several discussions with the customer service team, who are fantastic, by the way - however this product isn't for me. I'll keep looking and trying until I do find a winner.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great balance On my second case of these and they are working out very well. Being younger(early 40s),these do well keeping up with an active life. Standing leak guards are great, the plastic is strong but soft and the tabs hold very well. Only bad thing I can say is when the padding gets wet and you move around a lot, it breaks apart and moves to the lower point. But for normal day to day they hold up well. The other bad for thing for me is I seem to be between sizes but these are still my go to diaper for when I need a disposable.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great protection in a lighter brief. I still have a supply of Tranquility briefs, however it has been awhile since my last purchase. Tranquility has long been my 1st choice for nighttime protection. I now prefer Northshore's Supreme Briefs for overnight protection and Tranquility for daytime. The Northshore briefs are a bit stiff and the padding falls apart after extended use. The extended use however is because they absorb in terms of pounds. These feel like they could be worn longer most mornings do to the dry touch feeling of the lining. My ratings that follow are directed at the Northshore briefs.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good product Bought these a month ago after using depends maximum for years and they work very well for bowel incontinence, had to buy plastic pants to go over them to cut the noise of diaper down under skirts, when I have to use the atn diapers fully no one can tell which allows me time to get to somewhere to change, very happy and now have more freedom to go out doors without worrying if I will have an accident in my underwear.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Diapers for Daytime I've used these ATN's for years (since I was in Grade-School actually). They have made improvements to the adhesive on the tapes, so they stick much better now. I used to use these for both day and night, but I found myself waking up with leaks because these diapers like to stretch and loosen around the waist and legs. Despite this they are amazing for during the day use! Fantastic Absorbency while maintaining a rather slim form factor. Easy to hide in other words, and I typically only need one for an entire day of college and work. For the price they are hard to beat!

How many diapers do you get per package?
