TENA® Super Briefs are the most absorbent fitted briefs (tab-style diapers) with a cloth-like exterior backing. They feature two refastenable grip-hook tabs on each side and extra super-absorbent polymers for heavy protection, even overnight.
TENA® Super Briefs have added absorbency for moderate to heavy incontinence and feature the InstaDri Skin-Caring System™ that employs new technology to help keep wearers drier and help maintain their skin integrity. A new transfer layer allows fluid to almost instantly enter the dual core and the Dry-Fast Dual Core™ technology wicks fluid away from the skin, trapping it into the lower core. Strategic placement of super-absorbent polymers improves fluid absorption where it's most needed.
