SOSecure Containment Swim Diaper Brief, Youth X-Large, Fits Waist 37-40 in. (Under 5 ft. Tall) is rated 4.2 out of 5 by 21.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Containment Swim Diaper This is the third time I have bought this diaper. I love this product because it provides the support my son needs, it's a comfortable fit on him and it looks enough like regular Speedo trunks as to not draw attention to him if he were to wear them in public without the shorts on top of them. If he would stop growing so fast, I wouldn't have to keep buying them as the trunks are also very durable!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lifesaver I've had this product now for a year. I never thought I'd be able to swim again. Not only does this product contain BM incontinence but also urine to a degree. It's very comfortable and easy to put on with its velcro sides. Thank you Northshore!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Swimdiaper I am a 42 waist and ordered a 2XL and this product was still small on me. Check your sizes when ordering

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Swim Soaker Diaper Unfortunately, SOSSecure is not secure. It does not prevent swimming pool water to leak inside, no matter how tight I Velcro. Shortly after entering the pool I am getting heavy load of water leaking into my Underwear Fixflex Diaper. My incontinence leak in to the Fixflex is quite small, but additional water creates heavy ball between my legs, and a danger of break and leak into the public pool

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Swimming Diaper I bouth this hoping it would allow me in the pool with my incontinenece, however, it turns out its really designed for containment of fecal matter and not urine which is what I am looking for.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love my SOSecure Containment Swim Diaper Brief I purchased my first one 2 yrs. ago and just purchased my second. Only reason, I lost weight. Because I'm now able to get in pool and exercise. My incontinence made that impossible and this brief is awesome.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Prouduct I bought adult Daipers about 3 weeks ago. They work great for my problems that I have. It makes me feel like safe to go in public with daiper on.

Since it is not water tight, the does bowel incontinence diarrhea liquid seep through? It gets out into the pool?

Asked by: Age52
To avoid any type of leakage you would want to make sure that it fits as snugly and securely as possible without causing discomfort. When a void is liquid, as long as the brief is the right fit and worn properly, it should be contained enough to enable the wearer to get to a changing area outside of the pool.

Is this product completely waterproof, as in keeping my private area completely dry?

Asked by: age83
This swim brief is not water-tight, so the skin can get wet.  It's primary use is for bowel incontinence containment and light urinary incontinence.
