The Seca CardioTest 100 Ergometer (Model 545) is an electromechanically-controlled, speed-independent pedal ergometer to allow patients to expend effort while seated. It is intended for use in the medical field under the supervision of medical specialists. It is furthermore designed both for independent operation (rehabilitation measures) and for applications in conjunction with electrocardiographs (ECG after effort). For this purpose, it has a control panel on the handlebars with a digital display and facilities for connecting an ear-clip/ECG plotter.
