Description:

The original and most popular Protect-A-Bed Mattress Protector, it features a cotton terry towel surface that is both absorbent and waterproof. The Miracle Membrane backing provides waterproof protection while it is vapor porous to allow body heat to pass through. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really holds up! With four young children that go through potty training or get the flu occasionally, these mattress protectors have been amazing. I've used other brands, but the waterproof backing doesn't hold up. They all eventually lost their effectiveness, cracked, melted, peeled off, etc. I've thrown more mattress protectors away than I can count. I use these protectors in conjunction with CareFor mattress bed pads, and they get washed often, bleached, & dried on high heat regularly (I'm a very busy mother!). They are still just as amazing as the day I bought them. This is the second set of two I have bought. I wish I found these day one, I could have saved quite a bit of time & money over the years.

Does it have a zipper?

This may be an odd question, but my Mom is complaining that the waterproof mattress pad on her bed now crinkles when she moves in the bed. I assume because of the waterproof layer. Does this crinkle?
