Molicare Slip Briefs, Maxi, Large, Case/56 (4/14s) is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 51.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from quality briefs I recently purchased a pack of the molicare super plus briefs, and really enjoyed them. They are probably the most comfortable briefs I have worn to date. Frankly, I have also tried the northshore supreme briefs and the abena m4 briefs and for absorbency, I would rate both of these as superior to the molicare. However, for daytime wear when comfort is what you are looking for, you can't beat the molicare briefs. The plastic backing is soft and quiet and the lining is very comfortable. The stand up leg guards stop leaks well. All in all, I would say that the molicare briefs live up to their reputation as a quality brief and are worth buying again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect fit, comfortable and sound leak protection These have been my primary brief for almost as long as I have needed to wear a brief, which began in early 2005. Aside from the color, they are truly outstanding. I almost never have a leak, though I do have to use a booster pad.....but I have to use a booster in every brief I use. The fit is the best I have experienced, and the comfort is 2nd to none. With these and a booster, I am going to wake up to dry bedding over 95% of the time. I never have an issue with the tapes, the briefs tearing or any other issue I've experienced with quite a few other brands. They are somewhat bulky, but discretion is something I will happily give up on to prevent leaks, period. I truly recommend these to anyone who needs to wear this type of product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from good diaper Work great for day and night use. Only problem is when pretty wet padding tends to bunch up and break apart and all the padding ends up between your legs

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well designed It's hard to find protection that has side sleepers in mind. The Super Plus have been excellent at protecting the leak hotspots. I've also tried the Molicare Premium Super, but I don't think they were intended for night time use like the Super Plus. The plastic is much quieter than Tranquility ATNs. And like the ATNs, they're also not too warm for summer nights. They are purple, but I don't know why that would even matter. I actually prefer some color, really any color is better than bleech white. They are much thicker than ATNs so it is a little more difficult to find a comfortable position to sleep at night since you definitely notice they're on. They're also on the pricy side. I'd say there are more absorbent options for the money, but they're far less comfortable. All in all I'd definitely recommend these.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty good but a few drawbacks This is a great day time diaper, I probably wouldn't use it for night time though. It only held two wettings for me. Great tapes, soft plastic backing, and it has a great cut for me at least. Only cons is there could be a waist band and they have a tendency to clump. I'd say for the pricing there is better day time options. I'm not sure what Hartman is trying to do with their pricing but... there new cloth backed product is less than a $1 per diaper where the slip maxi is almost $2 when you buy a case. Good diaper but unfortunately I think you could have better for less.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great great great! My Mom is incontinent and mornings were the worst upon waking. When she sat up the there woudl be a big gush and her pajamas would be wet, sometimes the bed if the pads underneath had moved - we had tried multiple products through the years with no relief. This product is absolutely amazing. Since buying them 3 weeks ago there have been NO accidents and she is thrilled and much less stressed. Being 86 and having to deal with all of that before even getting ready for the day was debilitating let alone the ongoing washing and bed making. We could not be happier. I would recommend anyone to get them. The only thing I would say is that in this situation she needs assistance getting them on because of the tabs - not a pull on.

I'm new to adult diapers. Can all "briefs" be changed without removing my pants?

Asked by: owfred
Yes, often they have pull apart sides either material that tears easily or a kind of tape or version of velcro that can be undone once soiled so that they can be removed while your pants are still on. Study descriptions carefully, maybe on several sites to learn how the product you're attracted to is designed to work. A pull-up is just that, a type of underwear/disposable diaper. Some briefs that come with tabs on the sides can be attached before putting on so that you can slip them on like underwear. A diaper is almost always gonna be designed to be put on by a caregiver in bed or standing, traditional like a newborn's diaper style of closure. Above all I recommend that you study your selections to understand how they can be used since so many are really combination styles. For some brands you can google the brand name to learn more about that brand's particular product line. Hope this helps. I'm just beginning too. Maybe you'll get someone who can be more helpful.
