Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent leak protection I love these briefs. They are very comfortable to wear. The outer part is soft and doesn't make the horrible crinkle sound when you walk. The inner part is totally waterproof. And the leg and waist gathers are snug, but not so tight that they chafe. I have had plenty of occasions during the night when my diaper leaked (I'm a side sleeper, and unfortunately no diaper has sufficient absorbant padding on the sides where the tapes are), but nothing got past the GaryWear brief! When that happens, I just throw it in the wash and let it drip dry. Good as new. I bought several pairs of them so I can have extras while I'm washing and drying the other one. A real life saver

Rated 3 out of 5 by from activewear graywear brief I bought the item. I did not measure my wife, and because she is not very big, I thought medium was her size. My mistake. The briefs arrived in a timely fashion, but I had to try them on her, and they were too tight. Obviously, once I opened the package and she had tried them on, they were no longer returnable, and I had to order the large size, which is a little bigger. The larger size fits ok, and does the job it is intended to do. The measuring chart with dimensions so that one can order the right size would put her into an even smaller size than medium that I first ordered and was too small. So the chart is of little value to me, in this case. Other than getting the "too small" size, the item is quite satisfactory and helpful as it is described for its use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best I've used Nobody expects to have a leaky diaper, but for active individuals they do happen every now and again, that's why these are so indispensable. These are more form fitting than any plastic pant I've ever used, because unlike regular plastic pants these are designed to cover disposable diapers. They are breathable and very comfortable, I've worn these in all kinds of environments, from winter weather to the sweltering heat of summer and I haven't had any issues. Sure they're going to be a little (but not much) warmer than wearing just your disposable diaper alone, but the peace of mind they give you by containing minor leaks is well worth that sacrifice. At this point I own several pairs and will not go out without one on.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very helpfull The gary wear panties have really helped me deal with my incontinnce. The breathability has made a big difference for me. The diapers alone, even the plastic backed ones that contain the urine better, were not enough to makr me feel secure. The added moisture barrier of the gary wear panties helps to make me comfortable with preventing leaks onto my clothes. When the diapers absorbant ability has been passed there is still a backup to keep the urine from showing on my clothes. The humid heat of florida can still cause sweat to shorten the absorbant life of any diaper but the breathability of the gary wear panties is better than any other water proof panty i have tried. I need to add that the size or fit of the panty is crucial. It needs to be quite snug to hold the diaper in place to get the most out of the combination. Im glad i knew that ahead of time from talking to others with my problem.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from None better I could find no better diaper cover to prevent bed wetting due to my incontinence. Size was right, and no leaks out at night. "No bleach and No fabric softener," said the cleaning instructions. So to avoid accidentally putting it in with other whites in the wash or in the dryer after the wash, I stretched the waist opening over a sturdy box and used a permanent,deep pink, fine point marker to draw a 1/8" line in the waistband, encircling the opening. That way, little chance of the ink removing waterproof features. Washed just fine, no ink runs. Looks nicer, too.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Where would i be without them? Its great to have the two features i need most in one durable and effective package. My active wear panties are good at holding whatever type of diaper i wear snugly where it is effective now that i have the correct size. They are good at holding in the urine that can overflow the innitial absorbancy of the diaper and contain it long enough to give it time to be wicked into the rest of the absorbant material. The active wear underwear somehow allow more breathability than plastic diaper covers. It is important to get a snug fit to take advantage of the positioning holding capability of the product. I dont have to wear an aditional layer to keep the diaper in place or have to worry about laundering another layer. The active wear product simplifies containing the wettness and is more comfortable than wearing plastic diaper covers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Our favorite diaper cover I purchase these for my 19 year old nephew for night time. We have tried MANY different covers and found these to be superior. The control the leaking and they are fairly attractive without appearing like a plastic diaper cover. The material is soft and easily washable. The color choices are wonderful too. Along with a diaper and booster pad these keep him dry at night for the first time.

The quality of their products the best I have found so far. They run true to size, and the quality is excellent. Fits perfectly over Tranquility Premium overnight pull on diapers. I ordered mine over the phone because I had questions regarding size, the personnel their were extremely helpful & patient. I will order a couple more pair shortly. I wish that they came in addition colors. Maybe more pastels ? Sissy G.

what part of the thigh should be measured?

While standing, measure around the top thigh, keeping the tape straight and parallel to the floor, and around the fullest part.

When you measure for size, do you measure with a diaper already on?

You do not need to have a diaper on when measuring for size. These are already sized with compensating fitting over a diaper, so you only need to measure your true waist, hip and thigh measurement. what side goes on the inside? I just purchased theses for my husband and the first time wearing them to bed the bed was wet in the morning. There are no directions as to which is the inside, there are seams on both sides?

I have ideal waist sizing for a Large but I fall short in hip size at 40". And for thigh sizing I have 26" thighs, would a Large(24"-27" Thighs) be best for me or a Medium(23"-26" thighs)?
