The scale was developed with King Arthur Flour, and is the ultimate measuring tool for bakers and cooks that require the accuracy of a scale but have recipes that call for cups or tablespoons. Operating the scale is as simple as placing a bowl on the scale and pouring the ingredient in the bowl until the display reaches the desired amount of cups or tablespoons. A tare feature lets the cook reset the scale to zero so additional ingredients can be added to the bowl and measured out as if they were measured individually. 5 year factory warranty.
