The CS5400 BarCoded YardStick™ is the semi automated solution, providing simple measurements of rectangular shapes. The unit is easy to handle and operate, as well as solid and lightweight. This low cost solution gives return on investment also in cases where the goods throughput is relatively low. At a very reasonable cost, the CS5400 provides the possibility to get started with accurate dimensioning and combined data capture.
- Easy-to-use: Use barcode scanner (included) to scan package/order ID. While waiting for order info, scan barcodes for three dimensions. Weight and dimensions populate right into your shipping software for label printing.
- Quick ROI: Throughput of 200 to 250 boxes per hour eliminates manual measuring, keypunch errors & back charges by carriers for incorrect dimensions.
- Flexible Solution: Measure boxes as large as 25” W x 25” L x 36” H and as small as 0.5” W x 0.5” L x 0.5” H -- Barcodes every half inch!
- Unmatched Reliability: Includes Mettler Toledo PS Series Parcel Shipping scale, the most popular & reliable shipping scale available!
- Connectivity/Power: Connects to PC/Network via Serial Connection on CS5410/CS5410 or Ethernet Port on CS5411/CS5421. 110v AC Adapter included.
- FREE Software Integration Support: Mettler Toledo will work directly with your IT department and/or shipping software provider to ensure seamless communication if software does not yet have the CS5400 scale driver installed. Interfaces with all shipping software including FedEx, UPS, DHL, & USPS software!
