Abena Abri-Form Premium M4 Briefs, Medium, Case/56 (4/14s) is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 67.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Diapers and Excellent Protection This product is by far the best I have ever used. I usually get them from a different source but they are currently out of stock so I found them through you. I have had a need for these types of products for some time now and I have used a great deal of different brand name products. I have used the Security Plus brand, the Molicare, The Dry Care 24/7 and several others but none have come close to this product. I am grateful that you had them available and now that I know you have them, if I have a need, I will refer to you in the future. Your price is the best for them by far but at least you do have them. I would recomend these briefs to anyone who has a need for adult incontinence products.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Obsorbancy I was skeptical about these because I've tried a diaper type product before and just had disasterous results with the tab. Because you can re-fasten these, they are much better. You can make them secure if the child was laying wrong and you find you have a gap. After constantly washing sheets, I got weary and decided to give it another try. These are terrific!! They hold a lot of liquid with no spills. My child urinates at least twice a night and these kept him dry and comfortable while holding all that urine. He still rips them off occasionally but there's no stopping that. Now I only have to wash sheets twice a week instead of a few sets a night.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for long distance travel such as lengthy doctor visits I bought this for my father who is bed ridden and to help alleviate the burden of finding places in public areas to be changed, especially during a routine hospital doctor visit, my father having tried so many different brands, this product served it's purpose. After a six hour doctor visit outing spending over six hours in the wheelchair, my father stayed comfortable, even after being in a saturated diaper, it kept him dry and it did not cause discomfort battling recovering from a bed sore. It may be a bit pricey in comparison to the cost of what my siblings paid. The purchase was well worth it. Thank you!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dry bed! I have been buying this brand for over 2 yrs for my bro in law who has end stage Alzheimer's. He has been bedridden for almost 2 yrs. Never had a bedsore or even skin breakdown since using them! They r more expensive than Depends, but worth the extra saved in skin breakdown treatment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Incredibly absorbent! My son receives 1000ml of Formula&water each nite and these briefs, along with an extra liner pad keep him (& the bedding!) dry like no other brief on the market. Worth the slightly high price for sure!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Night Time Brief!! We had tried everything on the drug store shelves...even adding an extra pad to the brief...and nothing kept her and her bed clothes dry until morning. I was having to wash quilts and sheets just about every morning. But then my sister found Abena Abri-Form Premium on the internet. What a find!! Her clothes and bed clothes stay dry most every night. I'm not washing bed clothes every morning!! Great product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really absorbs and retains a lot of fluid. We have tried other types like pull-on vs the tabs but the pull-ons really leak at night.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product for those struggling with control issues It is challenging enough for those of us dealing with bladder and bowel incontinence without dealing with the lack of quality in the more popular adult diapers on the market. In that vein, I have tried almost every disposable product on the market sufficient enough for my needs. I've even tried cloth, but that proved untenable due to bulk issues. The Abena Abri-form L4 (Large) briefs are as good a product as I have found for my needs. They are the newer type of adult diapers with a cloth-like backing, key for those of us who don't wish to advertise to the world what we're wearing. I haven't found any particular deficiency with this type of outer material vs. the traditional plastic backed briefs. They have stand-up leg guards to help contain fecal matter, and do a great job on all but the most difficult cases. There are only a couple of minor things to complain about, and these are truly minor. These diapers are necessarily thicker than would be ideal for daily wear were it not for my particular needs. Many people might be able to get away with the "daytime" thickness instead of these. The other issue is not unique to these briefs, but I'll point it out anyway: leaking. All diapers eventually leak no matter how good. My solution to this is to wear a pair of Gary Wear pants over the brief, which has the dual benefit of helping to compressing it as it expands. This way you get no sagging, and absolutely no leaking under any circumstances that I have found. These diapers are not cheap, but if you need a product that really works and doesn't require you to change it every hour, these are the best. For those of us who are younger and mobile, still in the workforce, and with social lives, these diapers and the cover pants allow a level of protection that allows us to make it long enough to get somewhere convenient to change.

What is the rate of absorption / acquisition rate of these diapers.

Asked by: grantar2

What is the total length in inches of the size medium brief? We've been using the north shore brand xl liner pad inside of this Abena M4 premium brief. I know this pad measures 20". I'm wondering if the 2xl liner pad might work better. This measures 27".
